The “Time for Better English†series of books has been developed to assist in the understanding of the conventions in grammar, punctuation, spelling, writing and reading of various text types. These elements of English have been presented in units of work developed from a text type’s subject. Activities in reading have been developed around the NAPLAN framework while definitions and conventions follow the guidelines set out in the Australian Curriculum.
